Chapter:

Panel 1: Kid laid down on their front over a mat writing on lined paper. The paper is on the ground and the mat is folded up to make room. The kid has their cheek propped in their hand. Panel 2: From off-panel a speech bubble says, "Snif." The kid lifts their face off their hand and looks up towards it. Panel 3: zoom out and there is another kid sitting with their legs folded and crying with a book open in their hands. The kid on the right sits up with their hands on the ground and says, "oh no"Panel 4: Kid on the left rubs their face while still holding the book. One eye is closed and the other still has a tear dripping from it. Kid on the right from off-panel says, "are you okay?" Panel 5: Kid on the left closes their eyes and cries, still holding the book. They say, "nooooooooo"Panel 6: The kid on the right puts their hand on the kid on the left's arm. They make a sad face as the kid on the left is still crying and looking down at the book and says, "you don't have to keep reading it if it makes you sad." Panel 7: The kid on the left continues to cry and says, "noooo I have to see what happens" Panel 8: The kid on the right continues to rest their hand on the kid on the left with a stoic face. Panel 9: The kid on the right sighs.Panel 10: The kid on the right takes one half of the book and brings it between them as the kid on the left looks up with tears in their eyes. The kid on the right says, "Here, let's read it together."
