Black and white comic with simple digital drawings. Panel 1: Two kids cleaning up. The kid on the right is taking a blanket down that was attached to a a tree trunk by a rope. The kid on the left is stacking a small pile of books while knelt on the ground. Panel 2: The kid on the left smiles as they finish stacking the books and rest their hands on the pile. They say, "ok I gotta go back now before my parents call" Panel 3: The kid on the right looking to the left while holding the blanket with both hands.

Panel 4: The two kids stand next to each other smiling. The kid on the right is still holding the blanket and the kid on the left has their arms splayed in emphasis. They say, "thanks for letting me make a surprise with your blanket and your books!" Panel 5: A text bubble pointing to the right says, "it was a good surprise" A text bubble pointing to the left: bye! A text bubble pointing to the right: bye!

Panel 8: Close-up on the stack of books being dragged through the panel. Panel 9: The stack of books gets dragged halfway out the panel to the right, trailing the rope behind. Panel 10: The stack keeps getting dragged and is now mostly out of the panel except for a small corner and the end of the rope. Panel 11: The feet of the kid having stopped at a trapdoor with a ring handle. The stack of books can be seen in the corner.

Panel 16: The kid shown more close-up as they kneel at the edge of the trapdoor, holding it open with one hand. The passage trails down the page and the background fades into black as the ladder winds downwards. The kid can be seen in 3 iterations climbing down the rungs. At the bottom is a cylinder shaped room with a bed in it with the sack of books resting on top.

Panel 17: The kid's hand picking up a book by the spine. Panel 18: The kid stacking books on top of the bed. The blanket is half hanging off.Panel 20: The kid on all fours climbing underneath the bed, dragging the blanket with one hand. There is the edge of a pillow that can be seen underneath the bed.Panel 21: The kid sleeping under the bed under the blanket cuddled up to the pillow and a white snake toy. Their eyes are closed and they're smiling. The rope is tangled on the ground to the foot of the bed. The cylindrical room is dark.
